An Assessment is not a sales call, but rather an opportunity to gain insight directly from Synergistix on your critical business and IT issues.  For one day, a solutions consultant will conduct interactive sessions with key members of your district to discover how CITRIX Technologies can support your specific vision. After completing a documentation summary and onsite survey, you’ll be provided a detailed report with our findings and recommendations specific to your environment and business issues that were discussed in our survey. This Assessment will help you optimize your existing equipment, business processes, and suggest best practices for developing a long-term or phased - in approach, that meets your needs.

The focus of a pilot program concept (PPC) is to help demonstrate when and how a specific application or technology can be leveraged as an effective solution to your institutions business issue.

The (PPC) may include:

Ø  Installation of applications in your IT environment.

Ø  Evaluation of your current process and/or procedures to assist in identifying areas of improvement.

Ø  Configuring of an application with your current data and process, allowing for a testing period.

Ø  Training for primary users of the application, to ensure their comfort level.

Ø  Delivery of a Gap Analysis, or additional items needed to implement specific requirements.

Additionally,  Synergistix  through the knowledge gathered during the (PPC) about your business, may provide additional insight or suggestions you may want to consider as part of a strategic or phased approach.
